Itinerary

Pick up your rental car and head south west through the beautiful English countryside. Visit the pre-historic Stonehenge and walk through the medieval streets of Salisbury. Overnight in Southampton.

Drive along the south coast and stop at Lulworth Cove which is part of the ‘Jurassic Coast’. Take a cruise along the Jurassic Coast (extra charge), before continuing along the coast. Overnight in Exeter.

Head to the wild Dartmoor National Park and admire the rocky outcrops and expansive moorland. Explore the many villages with their thatched cottages and cosy tea rooms. Visit one of Cornwall’s famous gardens. Spend the next two nights in Falmouth.

Enjoy a full day tour of Cornwall and marvel at the picturesque coastline, fishing villages and rolling countryside. Head for the harbour town of St Ives and visit the renowned Tate Art Gallery. Try a Cornish pasty, before travelling along the coast to Land’s End. Drive back along the coast to see St Michael’s Mount.

Travel to Padstow and be sure you sample their famous fish and chips. Cross Bodmin Moor, before arriving at Barnstaple where you will spend two nights.

Spend the day at leisure exploring the north Devon Coast. Head west to Clovelly, a pretty fishing village clinging to the side of a cliff. Alternatively, journey east and explore Exmoor National Park.

Depart Devon and drive north into Somerset. Travel through Cheddar Gorge and visit the village of Cheddar to sample some of their famous cheese. Stop at the town of Glastonbury or visit a cider farm. Travel on to Bath, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and visit the Roman Baths and use your Hop-On Hop-Off Ticket in explore the city. Overnight in Bath.

Journey to Lacock, a picturesque village, before travelling through the idyllic scenery of the Cotswolds. Stop at Castle Combe, one of the prettiest villages in England. Arrive back into London to return your car.
